Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actress, comedian and activist She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish parents and began her career as an actress when she was a young girl, just after moving to the United States. The appearances she made as Lily Adams in AT&T TV commercials between 2013 and 2016 - and from 2020 on - earned her acclaim. She was also a frequent series regular on Yahoo! Screen science-fiction comedy Other Space (2015). In addition she was a regular series on Yahoo! Vayntrub has also been the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, after she was cast in the unaired television pilot New Warriors. Vayntrub is was a Jewish person was born in Tashkent (Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic), USSR. At the age of 2 she emigrated with her parents to U.S. to escape antisemitism. She moved to West Hollywood. At the age of five she started appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials. This was partly due to financial struggles in her family. Vayntrub briefly was a student at Beverly Hills High School. She dropped out of school after her sophomore years. She obtained the GED and later went on to get a Bachelor of Arts (Communication) from University of California San Diego. She was introduced to improv comedy through the Upright Citizens Brigade.
